John Ward –Owner
John started his career in California’s competitive film industry as Executive Vice President of Studio and Media Relations for one of the leading digital media distribution companies in the world. He managed a staff of 100, oversaw a multi-million dollar portfolio and built valuable client relationships with the major film studios across the globe. After 10 years, he kicked off a successful contracting business. He brings his expertise to Florida Rental Realty, excelling in client relationships, market analyses property management. John is a licensed Florida Realtor®, a licensed contractor, and a licensed plumber. He has managed short term rental properties in Hawaii, California, North Carolina, and Florida.
For fun – John is an avid traveler, serial entrepreneur and has a special love for sailing (and boats in general). He is a mid-century modern architectural and furnishings enthusiast with a particular love for Brutalist and Atomic styles.
Justin B. – Interior Design & Property Enhancements
Justin is an interior designer, who often creates the pieces he incorporates in his work for clients. In addition to interior design, he is a much-sought after floral designer who has created high-end florals for elite clients such as Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGenerous and the Kardashians. His world travels influence his creativity and are reflected in the specialized work he does to create unique, inviting spaces for Florida Rental Realty.
For fun – Studying architectural design, spending time with he and John’s two rescue pups, exploring the Hawaiian Islands, and applying his creative genius to just about anything you can imagine.
